I can provide training on an individual or group basis. Whether you are an advanced computer user or a novice, I can tailor a training plan to suit your needs.

I provide training in general operation of your computer, all the way down to individual applications like Word. Do you feel that you should be more productive with your computer. It could be a few hours of training would get you up to speed.

I don't provide a one size fits all training solution. I will personally work with you to find out where you are and were you want to go. I don't look down my nose at you. After all, anyone at any level of expertise did not know something a moment before learning it. I was using computers in the 1970's and I use them now. Let me use our decades of experience to give you a leg up and shorten your learning curve.

I have had years of experience teaching adults about computers and computer programs. I have taught classes for major universities (George Washington University). I have designed and written specialized course materials and authored computer manuals. When it comes to computer education, I have the knowledge and understanding to patiently explain new concepts in many different ways.
