Even though this is a remote service, Martin Works, will happily meet with you during the initial stages of the service and at other mutually agreed upon times.

Remote Administration Service may include some or all of the following tasks

• Daily verification of batch work processed
• Generation of ad-hoc reports
• Timely application of maintenance
• Testing of maintenance, if possible, before application to production environment
• Changes to standard and ad-hoc processing and reports when required by maintenance
• Investigation and resolution of problems
• Research and respond to questions from internal customers
• Security additions or updates as needed
